📦 Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery/purchase.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • Original bill or proof of purchase is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products bought on special offers or clearance sale

🔁 Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will provide a replacement.

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Replacement depends on product availability.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method (UPI/Cash).

  • Processing time: 5–7 working days.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
